In 1994 I was looking for a project to help my photography and started noticing Gates on homes on the East Coast of Florida. I spent a lot of free time driving all over South Florida looking for some interesting gates to photograph. These first images are scans from Traditional B&W prints I created in the darkroom.

This was just one of the many projects that I have embarked on over the years. Once I find some of my old negatives and start scanning I will try to add more. Back in the 80’s and 90’s I created a calendar each year for family members. Each calendar was a personal project for that year. I hope you enjoy
