I took an extra trip in 2019 to Arizona and Utah in October. I went with a friend and fellow photographer Dean Von Pusch. We flew in Las Vegas to 35 degrees at the end of October and we traveled to Monument Valley and stayed at the View Lodge. We photographed the valley from sunrise to sunset for 3 days and took 3 photographic tours to find the best spots. On the last tour we did night photographs with temperatures in the teens. We were cold all week long. We traveled a little North to Utah and went to see the Forest Gump point that was just North of Monument Valley from there we went to Mexican Hat. Leaving Monument Valley in 7-degree temperatures we headed toward Page, Arizona and spent a few days photographing Upper Antelope Canyon on 2 trips and got the sunset at Horseshoe Bend. While we were in the Page There was a balloon festival that made the week even better. After leaving Page to temps in the 30s we headed to Vegas and the airport and stopped at Valley of Fire to get even more photos. It was an awesome trip and we had lots of fun creating images. I hope you enjoy some of my favorite images
